Mysterious Hooded Figure Drops Raw Meat Around Playgrounds

A creepy pale-skinned person in a cloak has been dropping raw meat around children’s playgrounds in a North Carolina community.

The identity and gender of the person are unknown and authorities are not sure what is going on exactly.

Some locals speculate that the unknown figure is performing some sort of pagan ritual, whilst others believe he is leaving poisoned meat in attempt to kill dogs. Others think the incident is part of some elaborate prank.
