
A man in Manchester, England has been arrested for attempting to sell a baby to a random member of the public.
Manchester police have since arrested the 28-year-old man on suspicion of child neglect and he is being held for questioning.
Thankfully, the three-month-year-old baby is said to be “safe and well,” according to Greater Manchester City Centre Police.
