The employees have reported how positive they find the experience.<\/p>\n<p>When looking for new employees, Ferray looks for people with a \u201clove of felines\u201d and they even offer a monthly \u201ccat bonus\u201d (the equivalent of $42\u00a0USD or \u00a327.50 GBP) to employees who adopt a kitten of their own.
