A man in Canada has been arrested for causing \u201cmischief\u201d and endangerment to life, after he tied over 100 balloons filled with helium to a garden chair and flew over Calgary.<\/p>\n

The man, identified as 26-year-old David Boria, said that he had intended on parachuting into a rodeo event \u2013 the Calgary Stampede \u2013 in hopes of promoting his cleaning-products company.<\/p>\n

Local resident and graphic designer, Tom Warne, tweeted an image of the scene:<\/p>\n
